General Information- Douglas County School District, Colorado

The Douglas County School District Student Data & Enrollment Services Department is responsible for the archiving of student education records of former Douglas County School District students.  The Douglas County School District takes its responsibility to keep student records secure very seriously.


All Records requests for a student currently enrolled in a Douglas County School need to be requested from the school where the student is currently attending. 


 Beginning July 24, 2020 you will need to request your ACT scores from and your SAT scores from


Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.


All requests for alumni student records / information will be submitted online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.


Electronic Mail Delivery

Email delivery is available only to the requestor and to educational institutions that accept electronic transcripts from Douglas County School District. 

  • Not all schools accept electronic delivery; therefore, any requests to these schools will get sent through the US Postal Service.

Notification of order completion will indicate delivery method.


US Mail Delivery

Default method of delivery is electronic unless the requester notes in the Special Instructions field to “send by US mail.”

Records will be sent by US mail when:

  • Specifically requested in the Special Instructions field.
  • Educational institutions or other agencies do not accept electronic transcripts from Douglas County School District. 

Notification of order completion will indicate delivery method.

    • Please allow 3-5 business days to process student record orders.  Most orders are completed by our office and received by the requestor within 7-10 business days.
    • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
